Privacy Policy

Minimal collection, zero tracking, nothing sold. The specifics.

This page lays out what Poppers Canada collects, why, and where it lives. The headline: an order needs a name, an address, and an email; that is what we take, and that is where it stops.

Collected, and why

  • Order information. Name, shipping address, email; used to pack, ship, and send you the transactional emails about that order (confirmation, payment, tracking).
  • Payment. There is nothing to collect. Interac e-Transfers move bank-to-bank; we never see card numbers or banking credentials because none exist in the flow.
  • Support messages. Contact-form messages and your email address are kept so the conversation has history.
  • One cookie. A session cookie keeps your cart together and your login alive. That is the entire cookie story: no analytics cookies, no ad pixels, no third-party trackers.

Never happening

  • Selling, renting, or sharing your information with anyone.
  • Third-party analytics or advertising scripts on any page.
  • Embedded third-party content that could observe your visit.
  • Marketing email. If we email you, it is because of an order or a message you sent.

Where the data sits

Servers and database are hosted in Iceland, whose privacy statutes are among the strongest going. Transactional email travels through a delivery provider that sees only what delivery requires.

Your data, your call

Order records stay on file for bookkeeping. Want personal details or old correspondence scrubbed? Ask via the contact form; we will do it and confirm when done.
